Yarn-dyed houndstooth woven at the finer end of the scale — pale silver-grey check on a near-black ground, the colours interlocking with the same broken-twill geometry as the slate-blue Cheeky Houndstooth, but in a closer-in repeat that sits closer to a tie-cloth scale than a suit-cloth one.
Medium-light weight; the cloth drapes rather than stands, sitting close to the chest under the H silhouette's structure. The H frames the tonal effect symmetrically: across a room, the cloth reads as a dark-and-disciplined piece; up close, the dogtooth points resolve into a check the wearer can actually see. Navy stitching anchors the silhouette without distracting.
Sourced via Dalston Mill Fabrics in Hackney as genuine deadstock — a finite vintage remnant, no more being made anywhere. Fabric finite, configuration finite. The houndstooth that doesn't introduce itself.
